Just because it's an expensive mattress brand doesn't mean it will suit u. Sure the salespersons will sing praises about it non-stop but at the end of the day they have to hit their sales targets. I spent $3k on a mattress here and its the only one Ive used in my life that gives me a backache. Even my Muji $200 futon performs better. Once it's delivered and used in your house there is no way it can be returned when I called the Sealy hotline. The salesperson who sold me the mattress said it will take up to 8 mths to get used to it. Not sure whether the model I bought is some non-standard queen size but my toes dangle over the edge when I lay down. Take all these into consideration when deciding to buy something from this ridiculously expensive brand Sealy. You certainly don't want to be lying in regretted purchase every night while causing u backaches in the morning.

Terribly disappointed that the mattress was not up to expectations. No one should expect to feel every minor movement from your partner on a $4k king-sized mattress. I no longer enjoy quality sleep and I wake up numerous times every night, feeling tired by late morning. After-sales service drew a blank, basically asking me to get used to their spring system.

Just bought a super single bed from sealy, been having trouble to fall asleep at night but after the staff Jessie patiently explain to me what material and functions the bed will do it to me so I decided to make it a try. Indeed it doesn’t disappoint me, it legit improve my sleeping quality ??

Interesting to see different reviews here. I guess it’s all personal experience whether you are suitable for the bed or the bed for you. Price is higher compare to HDB shops or IKEA and there are more experience mattresses than Sealy. Anyway if you comfortable with the price and the “testing” of the bed in the shop and looking for a higher end mattress then I recommend Sealy cos there is a discount now. Personally, it fits my criteria of slightly high end mattress, discount as value for money and comfortable.

City Sq Mall. Salesperson Barbara Yang was extremely helpful . V vv knowledgeable and super patient. Was uncertain which type suited my needs n came back 3 times ....she was always v welcoming n awesome abt answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend her. A real asset to the company. ????????

Bought a new mattress there. Prices are slightly on the higher end but its certainly worth it. Very comfortable memory foam mattress, fit the body curves, will definitely recommend to my friend. Staffs there are also very patient and friendly.

We bought a mattress from this outlet in 2015. Though we had originally only planned to shop around 1st, this was the only shop we had stepped into at the end! The patience and impeccable service we had received from the Sales Reps led us to purchase another 2 new sets of SS for the children.

Service is excellent At Sealy @City Square. Barbara is patience to explain the differences of mattresses they have. She encourages my kids to try so that they can have a feel of what suit them best. She gives care tips to maintain the mattress and pillows. She is not pushy for sale but serve with a helpful and kind attitude. We were just planing to see see look look but was happy with her service so bought a mattress in the end. I have a Sealy mattress for 8 years. Now buying for my kids.
