★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outlet staff is not friendly and very stingy in giving away samples to loyal members of Body shop. Unlike the other body shop outlets which are more generous in giving members free samples to try their product. I bought a few hundred over dollars of products, thought I could have some perks for spending so much. But the slim aunty who served me insist on giving me only 1 or 2 sachets. I wonder how this branch could survive for so long... Does not feel welcomed at all when stepped in and staffs are rude.
