β β β β β Had such a bad experience last week ! deserves 0 star tbh. Customer service is poor and cashier doesn't understand English at all. How is she able to interact with customers especially those that don't speak mandarin ?? Do you expect customers to accommodate to her. Repeatedly continued the same mistake and there was no apologises from her side. She should be fired and if you are handling customers at least know basic English !!!

β β β β β Rude kitchen bakery staff big fat old lady with glasses, shouting and pushing at customers to walk on at the cashier area! Shop space is terribly tiny. I should have bought my pastries at nearby coffee bean in the hub, at least I will get better service, only saw it later on on my way to take a taxi.

β β β β β Itβs a small space so with a couple of customers itβs hard to walk around with a tray and see what they have to offer. Thereβs nothing out of the ordinary or unique and itβs a bit more expensive than similar places but tasted good

β β β β β really dry bread,not sure if it's consistent in this outlet but the chicken floss n fire floss were both poorly made,the cream in the middle was missing too..if you're gonna charge same prices better be same in quality..

β β β β β Quite surprised they sell 'impossible' patty sandwiches for breakfast. Really tasty! Sandwiches are also filled with eggs and cucumbers which complements one another. Only thing is their sandwiches are not as hot as toasty as I would like it to be.

β β β β β 18June2022 1pm. Young girl cashier has no attitude. Waiting long for her help other cust took cakes. Not even said sorry for waiting but asked to move so that cust can have more space to pay, which actually enough space for that.( Is it so hard to just say " sorry for waiting, let me help this lady with her purchase first?" I will be happy for that). Giving change also no thank you. So bad.

β β β β β Ordered a hero slice cake but ended up given a dark forest even though I have told the cashier 3 times the hero dad slice cake. I think I might have paid extra for a slice too. Overall was fast.
