Rented a box from them. The shopkeepers are pretty helpful and approachable, will make an effort to promote your products and arrange your goods unlike some other shop keepers who will just sit at the cashier playing games on their hand phone.

05/06/2019 around 6:35-7pm I brought a screen protector and ask them to help me stick it, before the staff help me to stick it up to my phone, I ask them is it will effect for the fingerprint sensor and they told me that will I can promise 100% won't effect and I only can promise 99.9% will not effect it. After they done and I try at their counter to unlock my phone by using fingerprint and can't, then the staff said actually fingerprint is need to set after put the screen protector, I deleted all my fingerprint and show them I am trying to reset my fingerprint, then I can't even set my fingerprint because the screen protector. The staff just ask me to use face recognize or set a password to my phone lock and ignore me untill I leave??????

Was at Box Societe (Jurong Point) to drop off ninjavan parcel as they are one of Ninja Point. Man at shop was attending to customers at queue to pay. No problem at all for us to wait till he is done. This is understandable However, customer was deciding on which colour to choose and took some time. In the mean time, cant the man just scan our parcel? After customer has finally decided on the colour and paid up, another customer walked up and asked for namecard and was informing that he will consider to buy the item first etc etc. I then inform the shop man to kindly just scan my parcel so that i can go off and he can attend to his customers all he want. Man was very frustrated and said that i need to queue up and if i mind that his attend to his customers first, do not go to his shop at that timing. He was very impolite and said that ninjavan point is just a service, implying that he is doing me a big favour to help accept my parcel? I just to emphasize that, Ninja point partners are paid fees for these drop off service. Please kindly ensure that they are customer-oriented to people who dropped off parcels at their shops. If they are unhappy to deal with us, then they should remove themselves as ninja points, in order to save us trouble and to endure bad attitude from such rude people. We paid a fee for drop off service, they are not doing us a favour to drop parcels at their shops. Not expecting top-notch service but at least communicate with manners. Scanning a parcel takes like less than 1 minute, which he did, in fact took only 10 secs, so what’s the big issue to just scan and go? If you are not happy being a ninja point, then dont be ninja point. No need to give such bad attitude like we have to beg you?

At north point also the lady vy vy bad attitude, pls look into owner,she not allowed to exchange the ipod I bought without testing.

Not even worth a star to be given. Staff from Northpoint have very bad attitude. Walk in around 8.40pm wanted to get iPhone and AirPods case for boyfriend and myself so I was browsing around the AirPods case shelf looking for casing, the staff is kind enough to tell me which case is for what model as if I have no eye to see the model name which are written so big on the box and then she add on saying she will be closing shop in 5 minutes in a very frustrated tone. There’s always late walk in customer can’t you just have some patience to wait few minutes? not as like I am just browsing around which don’t purchase anything. Just needed to find the right model. Such shop I will never visit again I rather go elsewhere to buy.. Bad attitude, lousy service
