โ โ โ โ โ 5 stars for the customer service! Very helpful to assist my grandma to the table as she has difficulties walking. The manager Alex, was very helpful and patient in sharing with me the perks of Crystal Jade membership and waited for my data to load before I can scan the M points. ?
The food was good, from XLB to the la mian, egg-rice with crab meat, rice cake and dim sum! The only thing that was alittle upsetting would be the duck. More bones than meat! Wasnโt as tender and alittle dry. But I guess thatโs not exactly what Crystal Jade La Mian is good at. Generally the la mian and xlb are still better!

โ โ โ โ โ Signature Sichuan dan dan noodle is not bad, the soup is rich and not watery type though a little oily due to the spicy. Xiao long bao is juicy and delicious, skin is soft and not too thick, meat is tender. Their fried rice is normal though, and a little oily. Siew mai portion is quite big and fresh.

โ โ โ โ โ It was a quiet pleasant moment savourying these Cantonese Dim Sum. Oddly enough it was not oily or starchy in tetures. All items were fresh and delicious. Their service was good and professional. Enjoyed myself. A good place to go anytime. ??

โ โ โ โ โ I didnโt enjoy the food. It was rather cold and disappointing! I felt that CJ La Mian Xiao Long Bao is unsuitable for takeaway. For the same price, I rather get from Din Tai Fung. Although I reached on time, I had to wait at the restaurant for 10 mins just for the manager to verify the memberโs discount.

โ โ โ โ โ Pricey and small portion. Dimsum is nice but the Xiao Long Bao so so only. Nothing special. I'm expecting some wow taste...but I don't get it. ?
Beef noodles soup...kinda disappointing. Beef is soooooooo tough and chewy.
Fish soup is delicious. Very appetizing. Sourish..spicy but not overwhelming.

โ โ โ โ โ I am very impressed by their service and the taste from Jurong point outlet . I didnt pin high hope because i didnโt had a good experience from Suntec outlet ( can see my review)
When we arrived, the staff especially Alex Teo were welcoming and helped us arranged our seats to ensure there is sufficient space for ur family of 7. Their food tasted very acceptable, la mian live up to its name. The mala grilled fish is superb and is a must try! Love their fried rice and seasoned fried beans too! Will recommend people to try!
A good job done especially Alex to ensure the dining experience was a pleasant one. Total damage at $214 after Gst and SC! But all of us is super full.. So I think is worth it!

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered their La Mian with braised beef brisket from grabfood. The soup was still warm when arrived and it was protected with microwaveable wrap to prevent leakages. Beef broth was savoury and thereโs a strong herbal taste. The beef was in large chunk but they are super tender and soft. ? Yum!
