★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condo with its own private berths for yacht owners. The berths can take yachts up to about 50 feet. The exit leads to the One°15 Marina and it takes about 10mins for the Sentosa ranger to open the gates to let your boat out. Most units have a nice sea view too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This amazing condominium offers very nice , large and comfortable apartments with breathtaking views on thé Singapore Straight in thé front and on thé Marina in thé backside. Very nice and well maintained garden all around . Children swiming pool in thé front and a large one on thé backside. Very good security and well organised parking garage. Nice playground for thé kids , lots of restaurants and supermarkets in thé close neighbourhood. To live here is like you live in a 5 stars resort.
