★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful environment, great to have coffee and tea with friends here. The drinks surprisingly took a longer time than expected to be prepared though, even during off peak hours. Hope that aspect can be improved a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 20min for 1 miserable order. Staff was only preoccupied joking around, that’s why they didn’t realize they had missed out processing my order. Even the lady and the delivery guy got their orders before me. Worst coffee bean outlet I have ever been to. If there’s an option to give zero stars, I would. This is what service looks like when the manager is sleeping on the job. A place to go to if you have lots of time to spare, since you will probably spend more time waiting for your order than the actual drinking or eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at Wisteria Coffee Bean on 17th July at 11.45am hoping to enjoy a scrumptious breakfast with my family. We ordered 3 Eggs Ben. They were the WORST Eggs Benedict we've tasted. All 6 eggs were hard boiled & bread was soggy. Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been visiting this outlet regularly and have always had a pleasant experience. Food and drinks have always been quality with staff having friendly and good service. Ambience is nice too.
However, latest visit was met with an extremely displeased cashier who did not seem eager to serve my family at all. Kept us waiting, impolite and not keen to help us regarding our coffeebean card.
Would have overlooked this poor service but our takeaway hot drink was only 3/4 full when we checked it at home.
Staff's name is Mona. I look forward to full drinks next time. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big and spacious Coffee Bean outlet. Located at the entrance of Wisteria Mall, opens 24 hours. There are good enough number of seats in the outlet. Each customer is limited to 60 minutes seating.
Tried the new Salted Caramel Latte which tasted underwhelming. Had the tried and tested Vanilla Latte which is something you won't go wrong. Commend the staff that served me at the counter - Hui Hui. She was polite, patient and had the right tone when speaking to customers.
