Went to clinic at 1pm today (Wed), counter showed "registration closed" & staff having lunch at counter when operating hour 830am to 4pm? Please update your opening time. I already sick & walk to a clinic which not provide medical service during operating hours really is a disappointment & painful experience.

Please upgrade your clinic with digital numbering system or use a traditional method paper to write a Queue number for the patients visiting your clinic. It’s very unprofessional with all the nurses have to call by name and they can rearrange themselves who goes in first to be serve by the doctor. A kid just came then he got priority , a elderly came in he got priority so on and so for , the 5 people queuing before me waited patiently including me and I have to keep checking who is before me and when will it be my turn . No one actually knows who is next until the nurses are so busy that they sometimes have customer enquiry that they can’t relay the next in line patient to see the doctor. In total, it took 2hours plus + to get attended by the doctor. I dunno is it slow, lack of manpower , (2) nurses working especially on a cny or just poor facilities in the clinic in order to be functional.

Honestly speaking they don't deserve 1 star at all! I came to the clinic for my booster vaccination. I booked my appointment at 8pm via the government booster link. Arrived at the clinic at 7.50pm. I waited for 50mins to get myself vaccinated. Told the doctor that i booked for a 8pm vaccination slot and the doctor told me that the clinic is mainly for medical and not for vaccination. Then why in the first place u register ur clinic for covid vaccinations when u can't keep up to the booked appointment timing. Secondly, front counter staffs not dressed appropriately for a clinic. I don't recommend this clinic at all!!

I went for a consultation today at about 10am. After an extremely brief examination, the doctor told me that he had no time to conduct an ear irrigation procedure and told me to return at 3pm. The staff insisted that I pay for the "consultation" before leaving. I came late, at about 3.15pm, and was informed that I had to wait for half an hour. At 4pm, I was approaching the counter when the staff told me, belligerently, that the doctor would see me when he was ready. Again, there was no estimate of when he would see me, although I noted that 2 patients went in first. As of the time of this review, it is 4.20pm and there is no indication of when I will be called in. I don't think it's fair to "punish" me for being 15 minutes late. While this was unlikely their intention, minimally some weight must be given to the fact that I was initially turned away in the morning, made to pay for what they tried to pass off as a consultation, and now faced with the sheer uncertainty of having to wait for an indeterminate amount of time. I have never come across such a sheer level of unprofessionalism, and I intend to stay away from this clinic to avoid the likelihood of similar treatment in the future.

Been my clinic ever since I stayed in Khatib area, (Non pandemic to Pandemic year). here's my review. : The area is small, so it will not accommodate much people, especially now it is following safe distancing, either some will wait outside near the railings. It would help a bit if they have a number system so those patient that is still on the farthest que can either relax or find seats in Kopitiam B1 or, I'm not sure if they can put extension seats, So if anyone wants to be checked without hassle to wait then to come early is a must. : No issues for me with doctors treatment, they even recommend and gave letter if I want to go to some specialist. : No issues for me with the staff, you just need to wait for their signal to enter the room and their signal to get the medicines because all are queued respectively. : For any enquiries to the Doctor and staff; As what our elders say, to be able to get the right answer, we need to ask the correct & appropriate questions. : Not much issues for me on appointments. My latest experienced on appointment was from the pre departure swab test, I ask if they are accredited for doing pre departure swab test and they said Yes, they ask the flight scheduled and gave me the date and timing for the swab and on the exact date and near time they called my number to confirm my arrival and I did my swab test without any issue. Only the printing was a bit blurred but I tried to scan the QR code to see if readable and it was, and to get receipt for payment you need to ask them for a copy.

To be honest, the doctor was kind and professional. But I was told to come back and had an appointment. I had an APPOINTMENT but waited for an hour outside without a seat before I got frustrated and leave. I won't blame the doctor, this would have been the clinic assistant task to oversee the doctor day. What is the point of hiring 3 clinic assistant if they can't advise the approx. waiting time for the patient. If it was the doctor job to see his time, he would not require the clinic assistant. Its just customer service. Make do and make patient feel as comfortable as possible. If you can't provide seats, the least tell the patient, the doctor is busy right now, please have a walk or take a seat at a nearby premises and we will call you when the doctor is ready,instead of making people stand almost an hour. It's just ridiculous. Even polyclinics offered seats as the waiting time is long. I'm not being unreasonable but where is the humanity. You don't make people stand when they are unwell. It's just ridiculous to tell me but other people are waiting just fine.What kind of reply is that? Well, did all the patients see the doctor for the same reason with the same sickness? I was super upset, hungry and almost feel like fainting from the standing of almost an hour long. The clinic assistant knew how to seat when they are tired or no one to attend too yet ignored the patients wellbeing that was restless and unwell.

Doctor is good, unprofessional staffs over there, I was waiting more then 2 hours without seat. I when for my breakfast came back and asked outside the staff they inform me to wait outside another 30min I straight away told them no seat where you want me to seat as I'm having migraine. Please upgrade your clinic we came here to visit doctor because the medicines good as the sliver cross, that's why many people visit. Please look into it thanks. I don't think I will visit again to this clinic I rather go sliver Cross good customer service.

Visited so many doctors/clinics and this was the worst experience that I had with Faith Clinic at Yishun. I went for the registration in the early morning at 8 plus to see doctor and the assistant told me that the doctor will only see the patients who have running nose, coughing and etc after 10am. Okay fine, I came back on the next day at 10am and the clinic was so crowded where all the patients have to wait outside the clinic. They only provide 4 chairs when they have more then 10 patients on queue and some of them are kids. Are they asking the pregnant women and elderly to stand outside and wait to when all the 4 chairs are taken? How can they expect an unwell person to stand there for more than an hour? The assistant just simple told me that β€œOh, we don’t have extra chairs and you have to wait outside” without giving any alternative and better solution. The tone was flat and without any emotional, it sounds like we as patients aren’t their main concern. I hope management can look into this matter and be more compassionate to their patients. If we are not feeling well, we wouldn’t even want to come and see doctor.
