★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have 2 shops, 1 in club street and the new outlet at boat quay (13 lorong telok). Did my perm at club street first and then colour in boat quay outlet as my stylist Cici has moved to the boat quay outlet which is more spacious than the club street outlet. She is really good with perms, giving you very natural looking curls and also sharing tips on caring for your hair. I like that they do not hardsell hair products to you and prices are transparent. Will go back to them in future!

Cross road and walk through Hong Kong Street to Lorong Telok.
Been with Rina Kil for the last 4.5years but my tenor with her pales in comparison to her legion of followers who have followed her since she stepped foot on our island.
Haven’t looked back since.
She’s gifted. :)
