Came across their work on Instagram and decided to book an appointment with them. Staffs were very friendly, clean and nice environment! Asked for his suggestions and he kindly explained to me about my hair condition and what I should do to take care of my hair. Loving my new hair now! Will recommend to my friends too

Amazing service provided from the salon. Even after bleaching twice, my hair was still smooth and silky. They are able to achieve the results I was looking for. Prior to starting, they also ensure my hair was suitable for bleaching by doing a scalp assessment. Apart from that, they heavily provided suggestions to different hair styles I can consider. Highly recommend!

The whole team of hair label salon was professional.. Morgan assessed my hair and discuss with me on how i wanna get my hair done. The whole process of bleaching was comfortable, he did regular checks to make sure everything is well. The colors turns out pretty!! Peterson did a great job cutting my hair, he was very patient and the end product was excellent!! The whole process was timely and i was well attended too. Their chairs are really comfy, no backaches even after sitting there for 5hrs+.. I will definitely visit them again!!

Been going to hair label plenty of times, always felt like home when I'm there. All stylist are very knowledgeable, and friendly. Never failed to deliver what I want. I have done balayage and bleach my hair a few times at the salon. The outcome is awesome and the best part is my hair is still very healthy and smooth despite bleaching many times as I know they only uses tip-top products. Hair label really aim to deliver the best to clients. Most importantly prices are reasonable. My hair was milk tea blonde previously, went to do toning today as I wanted something different from blonde. Thank you so much ☺️

Very sad with how my hair turned out after the months that followed :( i got an ash brown balayage, I understand that the ash brown will fade after awhile which it did in just a matter of days despite using shampoo for light bleached hair, the balayage itself i can say was done really badly but you wouldnt have noticed it initially with the ash brown colouring. As you can see from the pictures, the balayage isnt really a balayage :( the grown out parts are extremely obvious and not subtle like i was told it would be. I think this dyeing my hair for the first time in my life was probably my biggest regret of the year. I also dropped tons of hair after that so ... :/ fyi its been around 6 months since i got my hair done. The bleach was blended in very badly like they didnt take enough time to do the balayage properly :( it cost me $296 in total :( cuz it was $230(roughly) at first then they said its another $60 to bleach a second time because my hair was "too dark" because ive never dyed it before. From the pictures on Instagram everyones hair seemed nice LOL good for them because mine didnt turn out very nice. Mayb I'm just unlucky... idk ???
