Highly recommended! The designers are helpful, products are good value for money, delivery is fast. I've been using their service for the past 3 years - printing namecards, company brochures and profiles. Keep it up!

Wouldn’t recommend anyone using their services. Customer service support is horrible, called the line no one answer and mostly use only email for conversation to their sales team, wasting a lot of time through the whole process of order their products and poor service support. My bad experience for their service. 1.Ordered the name card, receipt book, company stamp on 30/7/21 2.Payment full payment online on 2/8/2021 3.on 2/8/21 Received their email to confirm NCR artwork, rubber stamp artwork for approval - I have overlook their email for confirmation of artwork, their sale team not even give you a call or remind email to confirm artwork even full payment been paid. 5.Email to them on 23/8/21 to check for status product order – without knowing I still expect them will inform me the goods delivery. In the same day where I email them to check of status order, they reply email due to still waiting my confirmation artwork to proceed for printing. I so unhappy and frustrated and raise complain for long waiting and yet not even receive their call or email remind me respond to the confirmation of artwork. I cancel my order and request for full refund at the same day. 6.On 26/8/21 email them to check for status refund and with their reply it is still pending processing. 7.On 3/9/21 email them to check again any update for refund 8.On 8/9/21 received their reply the refunds have not been processed by accounts. 9.On 16/9/21 email them to check again and chase for refund payment. Receive their reply “your refund has already been set for processing on our end. Accounts will process them accordingly” Please judge for your own risk to use them.

Superb experience working with them. Replies were prompt and detailed, and prints are easily one of the cheapest in sg. Keep up the good work!

Entire shipment of angpows had white tears on the folded sides. Company said it's not a defect and denied a refund. Take your money elsewhere.

Can't believe owner arrange delivery after our office hours at 531pm, I hope they are aware namecards are usually meant for corporate purposes.

The weathering on the edges are very obvious, and I have never seen ang bao this FRAYED. This is certainly not the quality that we are expecting. Giving these angpows would reflect poorly on our brand image. Adam from The Copy Boy said that it's not a defect and refused to process a refund. They do not deserve any stars at all.

Lousy service. The customer service is really bad . Take one day to reply email . Not flexible at all . I think only one person handle everything. Basically paid money and at their mercy. Very nice when confirming order . Change attitude after payment.

Been using their services for the past few years and is my go to printing shop. They even provide samples if you are not so sure what to choose. My prints are of quality and always delivered timely (boss very happy). Thanks a lot.
