Not recommended place to visit if you are looking for professional compassionate expert for advice
No contact number to speak to someone so as to understand the process a bit more. Have to communicate purely through email. Keep insinuating that I'm just trying to get a free consult over the phone. Who would ever want to do that! Terribly unprofessional and lacking empathy.

Your admin is very poorly trained and only interested in taking people's money. The explanations given were generic, and when I asked to speak to the psychologist to understand better, they kept talking about paying money. Obviously you are more interested in the business than the patient. How you deserve to be a place to counsel others is beyond me.
