โ โ โ โ โ I've been attending Incontact from when they first opened their doors. The journey from making the first appointment, attending sessions and even payment is very efficient and easy to navigate. The therapists are flexible to my changing schedule needs. Their knowledge is vast and I appreciate their dedication to continuing their education and learning, studying new technique's to better support their clients through their journey. Finding the right therapist to work with can be tough, but I would highly reccomended the warm and welcoming environment at Incontact as a good place to start.

She was friendly, and was easy to talk to, ensuring that I knew that this was a safe space. She also used many effective professional techniques during sessions which I found useful. Highly recommend!!

She provided me with a safe and non-judgmental environment where I can speak without persecution. She helped me rebuild my self-esteem, and challenged me to rebuild the world around with my new found sense of confidence. Aarti was crucial to helping me back up on my feet.

I know I am in a much better place in life because of their compassionate, trauma-informed, & professional approach to therapy!

โ โ โ โ โ Having been through different therapists over 5 years, I cannot recommend Ana enough. She has helped me the last half a year make break-throughs I never thought could happen for me. She continues to be a safe space and guide through my walk with panic attacks, anxiety, addiction and depression. She goes through tangible techniques with me which greatly help release deep-seated trauma from my past. We all have mental health issues and there is no harm trying out working with Ana. You will be healthier for it!

She was incredibly engaging, and provided a great set of tools to help me work through some of the challenges I was facing. I sent an email request from their website and I got a response within 24 hours from their main support line and was connected with a counselor shortly thereafter. My experience with the sessions with my counselor was very helpful in my time of need, they also provided certain methods to help cope with the difficult time I was experiencing. I highly recommend this service for expats and locals.
