West Mall shopping mall, library, Bukit Batok MRT and bus interchange are just 2 bus stops away. 5-10 minutes drive to neighbouring towns such as Bukit Timah, Clementi and Jurong East. It’s very convenient as the exits to PIE and AYE are nearby. It’s ideal if you are looking for a spacious condo with full facilities for a fun and healthy lifestyle. Surprisingly it’s underrated and the price is rather CHEAP! Indeed a hidden gem in the West!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo. There is swimming pool, sauna, tennis and basketball courts, gym, barbecue pits. Houses are fairly built with large master bedroom, smaller yet functional additional rooms. The living room is spacious. However the kitchen is very small, even in higher end houses. There is a primary school, 24/7 shops, bus stop nearby. MRT is 10-15 mins walk away.

some facilities arent in fantastic shape (eg exercise corner), presumably due to age of the property
pool and tennis court seem well maintained tho

quite convenient,,, many buses at the nearby bus stops,,, two stops or 10 mins walk away from bukit batok mrt. across the street from a few coffee shops, convenience stores, supermarket and wet market. walking distance to several schools - kemimg pri, bukit view pri/sec
