HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All you gotta do is go there and see the material and colour for yourself in person then buy it online. The price is way higher then website.

Need to be dressed in a certain way I guess in order to be served here. When we started to take stuffs for purchase then they are a little, very little, nicer. Buying online or going up to the KL stores is better. Owner, please shut down Haji Lane store before your brand name gets even more tarnished. Sales people sane perangai kunik ah.

I went to the newly opened Duck store today at Haji Lane, and I was disappointed with the customer service. I was there around 2.20pm, and as expected, there was a queue to enter the store. Due to Covid restriction, the store allows 8 pax at one time, with no time limit. I understand that it is for safety, but I feel that the protocol could have been better, especially during this holiday season, the traffic is quite high. The store looks empty from the outside; There was barely anyone at the first floor. After queueing for quite some time, finally, 1 person exited the store and I was allowed in. However, the salesperson who stood at the front door was unwelcoming and cold; Her tone to us (me and my mom) was very cold and condescending. She asked for our checked-in and vaccination status and then told my mum that she was not allowed in. Firstly, I felt that she could have been friendlier, especially since we have been queueing outside for quite sometime (i must say it was more than 30 mins), the least she could do was to be nice and apologetic for the long wait. So my poor mom was not allowed in and had to continue to stand outside in the scorching hot sun along with other patrons who were waiting patiently for their turn (by then, the queue had gotten longer). When I entered, there were barely any customers at the first floor, and just as I guessed, the other 7 customers were at the second floor; 3 aunties were hogging the changing room, with 1 walking around the second floor barefooted and at one point without her mask (okay…) So this brings me back to my first point about the time limit. As such, the management should have introduced certain measures or system to allow all patrons to have sufficient and non-excessive timing dedicated to each individual. Next was on the professionalism of the staff. The same lady who was standing at the door was talking to her colleague loudly about whether she wanted lunch etc. Her attitude irks me. I managed to get what I wanted in the span of 10 mins, and quickly exited the store as there was a snaking queue. And my mom was still not allowed into the store and by then, she had given up waiting because she was in pain from standing too long. The only saving grace was the young lady who was at the counter. She was friendly and kind; Very professional I must say.

Sales staff should really show initiative to recommend products, instead of just standing there and responding with 'yes', 'no' and confirming our guesses. Would have bought more if they had shown more enthusiasm. Display of scarves and bags is pretty. Labelling can be improved. A bit pricey for a scarf/shawl. My guess is bulk of it goes towards packaging. Lovely big box can be reuse for keeping knick-knacks.

This happened late last year. Went down to the store to check out some tudung. I was interested with this particular one and wanted to ask if there is anymore colours so i turned my head to one of the staff and was about to ask when suddenly she said TAK BOLEH TRY TUDUNG super loudly and arrogantly. Hello i havent even ask my qtn yet lah. i didnt even want to try! Lain kali tunggu soalan dari customer dulu eh. I put the tudung back to its rack and went out terus

Must improve with Sales staff. They just answer β€œyes” β€œNo” and never really explain what we ask them. Not friendly at all. We Don’t feel welcome. But the store is so beautiful.

Just to remark myself already come here.nothing impressed me inside of this store.the material quite different compared in local store at malaysia.how? The staff quite improved little bit (friendly) and the arrangement small and compressed .collode with other customer and uncomfortable to walk. The colour option of hijab also limited. 46$ for satin oklah.but material you need to consider
