due to the covid measures, understand there could only be a certain number of customers allowed at a time but the staffs were having RBF the entire time, LILIT management need to relook into who they are hiring. when other patrons enter, staff just said "its full" no explanation or whatsoever leaving the patrons clueless because it looked like the store was empty but it wasnt. The least staff could do was to assist the waiting customer to Q one side outside the store instead of just letting the customer wait thinking or felt like they were not allowed to enter the store at all. i really do think that LILIT can do so much better than this.

Extremely underwhelming and disappointing visit. This is my first ever Google review which shows how terrible my experience was. Sign at the door showed - 6 customers allowed to enter the store at any point in time & customers only allowed in store for 30 mins per group which is understandable due to our current pandemic situation. The first 20-25 mins of wait was bearable as I understand that shopping takes some time. But as it hit the 30 min mark i noticed a group of 3 still going up and down the 1st and 2nd level and talking amongst themselves. FINE, perhaps they needed more time to find the suitable size/gift/colour (God knows what) despite the sign clearly saying that each group’s time is limited to 30 mins. As I was looking into the store and counting the number of customers, I noticed that there were only 5 customers in the store + 2 staff. If the sign says that the store is able to accommodate 6 customers at any one point in time, shouldn’t the staff be attentive enough to notice that I was ALONE and allowed me to enter which made me even more upset. Would not patronise the store again. If needed, buying online would be more convenient. But definitely a 0/10 for physical store/customer experience.

Store have a pretty layout and theme. Very impressed by it. However, staffs desperately require customer service courses. Went to the store on 22/01/2022 to check out the activewear that Lilit offers. Initially, staff A asked if i needed help and also informed me that i could try on the particular top. After doing so, i decided to get the top and informed staff B who was the only staff at the 2nd floor for a new piece. However, she seems to be more interested in folding some clothes and told me to wait without even making eye contact to me or the clothing piece i was keen in. Afternwhich, she headed into the store room to check and came out saying "this one dont have" with an unpleasing attitude. I then asked to confirm if this was indeed the last piece. She seemed unsure and headed downstairs to check with Staff A. After checking, they replied me coldly "ya this one last piece". I decided to not get the top as the service rendered has left a bad taste. Overall the staff will make you feel that you are troubling them and they do not have a positive attitude as a retail staff. It seems that they are forced to work.

Staff was very helpful, checking for sizes for me in and out what feels like 100x (SO THANKFUL!). The clothes may be size inclusive but people with fatty arms wouldn't fit their biggest size 5XL.. regardless! Had a nice time there and I get to match with my mom this year x

I had such a pleasant experience for my first time at Lilit physical store at Haji Lane tho' I had to wait prolly 5-10mins for my turn to enter the store as there were prior customers perhaps it was due to the space but I must say it is a really a smart way to control the crowd for safe distancing. Sofeena has been so patient with my indecisiveness in choosing an attire size & persuaded that I try 'em on before purchasing. She even explained that the difference in sizes. And when asked abt shawls, she explained clearly the designs I chose is not what I wanted to purchase. Thank goodness for not "accidental" buying if not for her explanation. Overall I'm very pleased with the customer service rendered. Someone natural facial features should not be held against them. The only comment I must say is LiLiT HQ should provide more colors for the chiffon hijabs so that we will be spoilt for choices.

Giving one star cos the magnetic hijab is really my favourite hijab to go to on last minute errands day. Just like the other reviews here, I too, encounter bad experience at their store on 23.3.2022 around 3.30pm. First of all, store was empty. Did my safe entry and open the glass door to enter, but the staff in hijab, says "its full" with a resting b* face. I understand its a 2 storey store, but the least she could do was assist or explain to me nicely. Finally, came in the store, and wasn't even greeted by staff. I head right to the hijabs section - which was placed just opposite the cashiering counter. Was looking for Navy color that I saw in LILIT website, but didn't see it on display. Asked the staff nicely, "do you have navy color for this hijab?" She replied "all colors there". Well.... by then I was feeling turn off by her attitude. Took 2 of the hijabs, made my payment and she didn't even say the basic "thank you" or "hope to see you again". I came down cos' I was nearby the area. After this experience, I will only make my shopping online on LILIT website instead. I was in retail industry too, and I understand it can be really tiring to replenish stocks, assist fussy customers, but I believe the problem here -- The particular staff that was working that day seems like she's lack of manners & etiquette to uphold Lilit brand itself. Conclusion : For new customers if you want to shop here, I would highly recommend you do so online instead. ✔

My visit to the store today was unimaginable. The service was a disservice to me and having to make time for the trip down to the store, I was not given the attention and care from the shopkeepers. They led me to the second floor which only had one employee tending to it and she was found busy folding apparel. When enquired for more information on the products, she did not seem interested to patronise me as an interested and buying customer. When I left to the first floor, the other employee was busy tending to other customers and did not attend to my queries on sizing and availability of stock. I was so displeased after trying out a dress and she told me it did not come in the size of the colour I wanted. I decided to just make payment for my activewear hijab and left. The whole trip home I was unsatisfied with the service and I highly doubt I’ll make a second trip anytime soon.
