Very professional and experienced counselors from different countries and backgrounds offering an array of services in different languages. I would definitely recommend Alliance to anyone.

I do not recommend dr Sara. After several sessions, it was still pretty much at fact-finding stage (no diagnosis) and a lot of personal issues I have either managed to find out through internet sources or work it out on my own. Could not connect with the therapist and did not find the sessions useful. It’s totally a waste of money!!

Saw Cristina Gonzalez for couples counseling and it served to be a traumatic experience for me. We sought help from a counselor, with the intention of bridging differences between us and instead left w my partner being urged to break up the relationship. In the two sessions I attended, I was continually condemned and berated in front of my partner, for my conservative views, while Cristina imposed her loose sense of ideals through her advice. She continually directed rhetorical questions my way, clearly meant to evoke a sense of guilt in me for my beliefs and principles. I sat there crying, feeling most attacked while she continually encouraged my partner to think twice about continuing w the relationship. Even though our entire intention in seeking help was to try to make things work and be encouraged in the process with practical advice. It has been a 2 years now and I have since found a new therapist and met many other therapists whom I have had a pleasant experience with. I have also since learnt through them, that the conduct of Cristina described above is actually unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. A couples therapist should not be trying to break up your relationship especially in a case where both parties are open to mending bridges and wanting to work on things. To Alliance Counseling, please be aware of this case and communicate to Cristina changes that should be made in her conduct. I shudder to think how many other individuals would be equally impacted traumatically like I was.

Cristina Gonzalez has good communication skills and expresses herself clearly. However she was not able to realign the counseling on facts and goal and therefore we all get lost in useless blathering. I do not recommend for practical mediation.
