★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinary service! I have never left a review for a company before, but the level of service provided by Sheryl is worth complimenting. I was sending some flowers to a friend who was visiting her fiancés family for her birthday. Neither of them have a Singaporean phone number so I was unable to complete the order. I emailed The Enchanted Tree and shortly after Sheryl connected with me via email and WhatsApp. Sheryl ensured my order was put aside to accommodate a same day delivery and waited while my bank gave clearance for the payment. Sheryl was also happy for the delivery staff to contact my friend on her Australian number via WhatsApp. It was such a wonderful surprise for my friend and I cannot thank Sheryl and the staff at The Enchanted Tree enough for their help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Ordered online a double up daily pick bouquet which is $60. Trusted the flowers selection in their gallery photos on the website.
What my recepient received is nothing like that. The flowers she received was very common blooms and 6 stalks of a bloom that looks like roses from the photos my recepient send to me. There were at least 3 stalks that was already showing signs of wilt.
The $60 double up bouquet was also a disappointment. Definitely looks nowhere close to a $60 bouquet.
Have the florist an opportunity to make good but nothing was forthcoming except excuses and no apologies.
Just had to share it, when we order online we trust that you will fulfill your end of the deal. Buyer Beware !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second bouquet from The Enchanted Tree. Probably one of the nicest and most affordable florists around. They have different selections everyday. Only $30 a bouquet with free delivery. If you need a bigger bouquet, you can buy two and combine them together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good. Ordered surprise pick last year and this year for mum bday. Last year's was nice combination of flowers and color. This year I requested to have other flowers beside sunflower, so to look different... I'm glad they responded to my request but... The result was really a surprise. I was not worried with surprise pick as their combinations are always nice. This time, it looks abit messy, not so well matched. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good customer service from Chloe. The first delivery to my friend was unsuccessful despite their attempt to call her... I receive a call frm Chloe and she was very helpful. I suggest her to reroute the flowers to me at another location and she was perfectly ok with it. She also suggest that if I can contact my friend again by 1230pm, I can let her know and they will deliver the flowers to her again. In the end the flowers was delivered to my friend. Yeah! Through out all the conversations, Chloe was polite and patient... Thank you!
