โ โ โ โ โ Lady was unsure of price & she seems to have overcharged me. Very poor taste & workmanship. She wanted to gv me my hamper by slotting the bouquet in the basket without wrapping. I have to request for her to wrap it up properly. Very ugly hamper that i felt embarrassed giving to my relative. Like an amateur product..Omg for $60! Definitely wont go back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Was searching on Google for a florist that could help me put together a Hot Air Balloon with all the customized gifts provided by me.
Not many shops that I enquired wanted to do it for me as they gave the reason they do not accept external items.
But Floral Train was very enterprising and arrange a date/time for me to bring down my items/materials so they can put it together for a surprise birthday hamper for my boss.
Of course I had to pay for labour/materials required for the hamper.
It was a win-win situation because I taught the 2 staff how to do the hot air balloons provided by me.
We all had a nice time learning together from this experience. ??
