I happened to walk pass the store and saw this pretty dress however there wasn't my size on display and the staff on duty approached me asking if i needed help. The service was quick and managed to get everything i wanted. Highly recommend to go down and give the clothings a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff on duty on 25 sep, afternoon around 4pm was very helpful. i was being super indecisive, not knowing what clothes to buy, and what sizes to get. both ladies helped me made my shopping experience there very pleasant. highly recommended.

I’m so happy to found this shop with nice designs of sportswear range!! The store in charge is very friendly and patience to assist us with getting the right size & designs. Great service & would definitely visit again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store together with my friend on 18 Mar. I was very impressed by the good customer service provided by the staff, Jeremy, who went the extra mile for his customers. He began with finding out the fashion styles my friend and I like. Then he went around the store searching for clothes which catered to our styles and recommended them to us. While we were trying on the clothes, he gave us compliments on how good they looked on us. Service from the heart is what we see in Jeremy. He genuinely serves his customers at the highest level and thrives on making his customers happy. Besides being passionate and driven at his job, he is also very friendly and approachable. We even had a little chat with him before leaving the store. It was definitely a pleasant shopping experience at The Featured Store. Thank you for the great customer service Jeremy!
