★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best stitch-work I have seen thus far; no loose threads or crooked stitching. Someone else would barely be able to tell if the garment has been altered at all. That alone is worth the premium, at least for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was initially put off by the price, however after an extensive online search, I couldn’t find any alternatives that specialise in jeans alterations. Sent 3 pair of jeans for hemming and tapering and the results were excellent, the fitting looks natural. Seamstress gave good advice on the best fit, while not discounting personal preferences. There is also room to negotiate the price depending on the extent of alteration, so no harm dropping by to consult. All in all, a good alternative to consider if you don’t want to risk poorly altered clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altered a pair of jeans I thrifted from a 36 inch waist size to about 30-31 inches, and it was perfect. Quite expensive for a broke student but totally worth it as these jeans will last for a really long time. The seamstress was very nice and took the measurements really quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altered a pair of jeans (taper smaller from waist down) from bigger to a better fit. Works like a charm. Price slightly more expensive than heartland neighbourhood tailors but type of alter and quality also much better. Seems like the rent is not cheap. Also can edit until customer is satisfied. Seamstress also take measurements and work very fast, personally i consider good value. Overall very good customer service and quality tailoring also. Not sure for other items but had a good experience with my pair of jeans. Will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my jeans done altered here. Was a bit hesitant at first as it’s hard to get the perfect fitted jeans, sent in my jeans anyways, YOLO. Skip a few weeks later, I’ve got no regrets :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to fix appointment and get your clothes altered. Despite the name, they actually alter all types of clothing. My jeans and pants were altered well and fitted me perfectly. 4 stars only cos the charges are quite pricey and there's a long wait usually of 3 to 4 weeks.
