Big mistake on my part - Did not check google reviews before ordering. Compare the advertised pink modern bouquet with what was delivered.

I was really impressed by the delightful staff at this outlet. Always going above and beyond they made the shopping experience a real pleasure. The flowers were beautifully arranged and lasted longer than expected. Will definitely order again!

ordered a classic artist bouquet online for a friends wedding downscaled by sudden Covid curbs. the flowers were decidedly downscaled (in quality, not in price). gone missing were the masterful arrangements, or 1 or 2 exotic blooms to make the bouquet special. most florists would sell bouquets faintly similar to the blooms they advertised, or replace the advertised blooms with something similar. but replacing all peonies with dahlias, and all freesias/ranunculuses with eustomas is not acceptable, esp when the original blooms are in season! so equally missing were the beautiful fragility and intoxicating scents that made a bouquet precious. We try to support local businesses, esp retailers in these difficult times, but the $277 price tag made for a deeply disappointing experience. pls see pic 1 for advertised blooms, pic 2 (florist pic), pic 3 (received pic)

Had to send flowers to my clients this week, and a friend recommended The Floral Atelier to me. The staff were really patient and professional in helping me with choosing the perfect arrangement. Really pleased by how prompt they were with my order, especially during this circuit breaker. So thankful for the great service and beautiful flowers (-: Will definitely engage you guys again!

This experience has just been plain horrible coming from a “reputable” florist. My boyfriend placed an order for a bouquet on their website 2 WEEKS before Valentine’s Day and everything was confirmed. 5 DAYS before vday, floral atelier said the bouquet is “no longer available” and he can only order from their vday collection where prices were x2 of the one he ordered. He had to call in twice to ask what’s going on and was told he had no choice but to pay x2 if he still wanted flowers from floral atelier. Where’s your honour, honesty and responsibility as a brand? If certain bouquets are not available, why are they on your website in the first place? Why did it take you more than a week to update your customers if you have no plans on fulfilling orders? After trying to negotiate with floral atelier, they simply cancelled his order via email without calling him to inform. The flowers were meant to be a surprise for me on vday and I only asked after seeing him visibly upset. It’s our last valentines day physically together before he heads overseas indefinitely for work and he wanted it to be perfect. Well THANK YOU for ruining vday for both of us and I’m sure you’re so proud of your horrible customer service :) Reply: I’m sorry but no you didn’t ask him to choose LOL you told him to top up another $200 for your $400 vday bouquet when it was your shortcoming in the first place. Please stop trying to defend your money-grubbing attitude.

Prompt response & acknowledgement from the customer service - after I feedback about the orchids, which are beautifully arranged but were not fresh and didn't last long. They are kind to provide credit refund for the incident. Appreciate the gesture.

The Floral Atelier has always been my favorite florist in Singapore. While they are more premium-priced, the flowers, quality and arrangements are always consistently topnotch. For my wedding/ROM last week, I chose to get my bridal bouquet from them and I'm so happy that I did. The arrangement, color theme and flowers were absolutely beautiful. It was a mix of garden roses and blush colored roses.The quality was amazing - the flowers continued to bloom for the next couple of days, the roses were a large size and grew to be even more gorgeous. I'm so glad to have had their bouquet in my hand on my most memorable day! Note: the photo attached was taken 1 day later after a full day of being held, tossed around and used in a photoshoot. It still looked perfect even after that. The photo also doesn't do it justice, it looked even better in real life :)
