★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager is rude and inefficient, and offers poor customer service. Easily presents his frustration he got from serving earlier customer to the next customer. Didn't end up listening to a customers request and handed a piece of paper and a pen to the customer and left. Definitely not going back.

Most of the toys here are made in China. So even in Singapore, I'm still worry about those bubbles fluid.. together with those chemical toys.
Overall, I love the place, many choices for kids even adults also can enjoy testing and playing with toys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely short staffed, super long wait on a week day afternoon. 1 cashier and the other doubling up as gift wrapper. Shouldnt they be more prepared for holiday gift shoppers by now?

Went back all the way to check and asked for refund. Met this nit friendly supervisor to say I should notify them before I made the payment.
Later became rude to say again I should notice before paying.
Not a word of apology.
Very disappointed with her attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime come to paragon ,kids must visit this store. Here is child's paradise ,assortment of toys neatly displayed, always stayed at lease an hour. The price is quite expensive, but they always have sales promotion , and the quality is good ,so worth of the value. Staff very helpful and friendly.
