Ordered bridal bouquet and flowers for the first time and Megan was so wonderful in assisting me and answering all my queries patiently. She even went the extra mile in giving me options of corsages so I can pick which one is suited better on that day and even a vase to hold the table flowers. Loved the effort and service! 5 star for the quick responds when u place orders. And as I had certain reasons to do self pickup, the seller was very kind and responsible with the location and timing. Out of the times I have brought products, this is by far one of the best collection process I had. That is if u do not mind the trip there. The messaging process was very concise and swift, she was also kinder than most people I would talk to online. I had no regrets buying this product as my recipient loved the flower, candy(deco) and the design. I would definitely recommend any 1st time buyers to this shop and seller. The best part is I truly liked this experience and would only grow to be better from here. Ps. This is just my own stupidity and personal experience but I really encourage you guys to bring a protable charger if your going to collect after school or work:>

Totally love the service and the outcome of the flower arrangements! Owner/admin is so responsive and seller even took a pic of the flower arrangement before she closed up the dome for delivery. Item was delivered within 2hrs after i ordered. Good price too. seller even added a little gift for my friend. definitely gonna re order from the floral keep again when i wanna buy any flowers!
