β β β β β The function hall where I had for for Shri. Dushyant 's lecture was very convinient and clean. There is a nice open area outside the function hall were there was plenty of place for a crowd of 60+ people to stand comfortably and eat.

β β β β β We lived in a 3 bed condo which was super spacious (especially compared to current Singapore standards). Quite well maintained amenities though not as posh as other condos in the area. Lots of green spaces throughout the condo complex.

β β β β β Previously was EC and upgraded to condo. Place is big since it is old condo. Facility swimming pool, fitness place, and tennis court. Block quite confusing since you can find 2 entrances for same block.
