★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security here think that they are police. They are dis-respective and unpleasant. all 4 time I’ve visited I had major issues with them. Besides that, it’s very small property, not much to say. Too much airplane noise there while I visit my friend, cannot work from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice dual key units, cosy. Only 300+ units so it’s not crowded. Love the facilities of the function room as it’s airy and can hold a lot of people.
Easy access to KPE expressway, great hitch spot as a lot of drivers will drop by. Less than 20mins to Suntec, orchard, city hall, bugis, and Tanjong pagar/mbs etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My children own a unit at Heron Bay and I'm happy and satisfied with their choice of condo as I'm staying with them when I visit from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. They've renovated their unit and spruced up the place very nicely. The shuttle bus service is excellent, most times very punctual. The swimming pools, Jacuzzi and mini gym are clean and well maintained. Overall, our Home Sweet Home is a worthwhile buy and money is very well spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ freaking terrible security guard who only plays game at work and is extremely unfriendly and confrontational. like one of the review mention, he thinks he’s a police? goodness. the management needs to look into this. he wears a cap by the way. with his colleague asking him for help, he simply ignored. he doesn’t deserve his job
