Constantly being awaken and frightened by the lift banging, car banging on bumpy entrance / exit, rubbish falling and chute cover slamming by psycho neighbor(s), upstairs bedroom doors slamming.... every day and night, even between 12am and 6am, even with all doors and windows closed.
Imagine living with a GONG in The Cardboard Residences. Felt like russia invasion, "bombing" anytime. Mental and physical health torment.
Always tired, affecting work, affecting life.
I would not leave bad review unless it is beyond the limits.

โ โ โ โ โ Visiting my son and family. The environment is clean, security officer always on alert, courteous and informative. The flat is, a bit small though compared to the "old" condo.

โ โ โ โ โ Full facilities condo that top in 2021. The condo refreshes and kickstart the landscape transformation for the serangoon north area with the upcoming cross-island mrt line that is minutes walk away.

โ โ โ โ โ Liked the facilities, big pool, gym, BBQ etc, one of the rare ones with tennis court (if you are a tennis fan), developer is very cooperative, listening to our feedback and making changes post construction. They also managed to complete the project on time despite covid situation and the quality of each unit is pretty good as well with minimum defects. Security guards are friendly and helpful even helped me carry stuff to my house during house moving. My dog loved the big space to run about, he has made many new friends with other dogs and even my neighbors on the same level knows him as well :).
