★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very unpleasant experience at this place, The consultant was certainly not the most polite and speaking to another client yielded a similar experience as well. In my view, the consultant was underwhelming in answering questions, handling objections in their reports and came out pretty defensive. What shocked me the most was when the consultant offered unsolicited conjecture into the future that many would regard incredulous and undermines professionalism. Unfortunately their other staff does this place no favours by giving me a salesy feel of product selling and referrals that further adds to the unprofessional experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We appreciate the psychologist's time to go through the details of our son’s and daughter’s reports with us. We believe that having our kids to join IQ test through you is very meaningful and fruitful not only to our kids, but also to parents like us. We had a pleasant time with you, and most importantly we as parents have learnt a lot through you. We bring back home with some useful information which will definitely benefit to our kids’ future development plan. By knowing the results of our kids’ psychological report is not the end of our journey, we will continuously assist our kids to strengthen their strong points and improve on their weakness so that they could be a better person and contribute to the society in their best of capability in future. We also appreciate the principal’s prompt reply and friendly assistance as always. It was overall a very good experience with The Gifted Lab.
