The equipments here are fantastic. The womens bar is something I find very useful because I have small hands and it fits my grip perfectly. Deadlifting is phenomenal because theres liquid chalk here and also a deadlift jack which helps me with putting plates on the bar and keeping plates easily. Very high quality equipment and overall im having a great time here.

The first thing you notice when you enter is how friendly the whole place is. You can tell these folks are passionate about what they do! Pari in particular is quite informed too - all you need to do is talk to her - and she’ll break everything down for you. Definitely recommend it for personalised PT sessions.

The Lab has given me a new leash at my health and wellness. I am incredibly proud of the journey that Pari and her team took in building up this unique space. I know that immense care and knowledge goes into curating the individual plans to help clients get the best value for their buck and ensure they meet or exceed their goals. I am fortunate to be trained by Pari who is consistently raising my bar yet doing that with utmost care to work around my limitations with the single objective to build me up - physically and mentally. Pari regularly diversifies the workouts and it is always a perfect blend of what I enjoy doing vs what she knows is required to take me to the next level. While doing all the serious stuff, she always mixes fun and ensures we have a good laugh too ?? Aside from Pari, the entire crew is equally engaged, looking for ways to enrich your experience or to cheer you along. I wish the entire team at “the lab” the very best for the wonderful sojourn through which I know they will traverse from pillar to post. Watch out for them ???

Took up a PT package with the Lab Fitness and I am truly impressed with the professionalism and dedication of the team and its trainers. The weekly trainings have improved my knee problems and made me feel stronger and fitter overall. Highly recommended!

Love going to The Lab for both PT sessions and open gym. It has a really welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that isn’t intimidating and makes me feel right at home. The Lab Fitness is an absolute go-to for great vibes, great energy. The staff here know each and every one of their clients' profile as they walk through the doors. What I exceptionally love about this place is how the PTs are so 'within reach' - I'm uninhibited to walk up to any trainer and ask for help. Gyms out there are too transactional to have a human touch as such. The Lab Fitness has clearly distinguished itself from the rest by staying sincere to their clients, thereby making you feel like you've just "got home" for your workout. Trying is believing!
