He was friendly, patient in helping me understand the mechanics and how I should maintain the watch. Additionally, he also helped me to navigate on the website to configure and find my next preferred watch choice using some tools set on the rolex webpage. Last but not least, it was a great experience and enjoyable time at hour glass yesterday! Recommend to walk in if you are looking for some help to buy any luxury watches!

Eva the manager is extremely passionate about watches and happily answers any questions you have. She’s a great conversationalist and through her convos she sets on painting complete pictures around the history and purpose of each brand they carry. Worth a visit to this boutique just for the knowledge!
