With the help of William Loo, my family and I experienced a wonderful service at the Watch Palace. He is patient and down to earth, and we could tell he was genuinely interested in helping us. We came in yesterday to express our interest, and we received it in less than a day. How lucky! William’s professionalism comes highly recommended. We are ecstatic to have received two of our preferred watches. I am hopeful William will be able to help us secure the remaining two watches.
