β β β β β Very unpleasant experience for an order placed via its Qoo10 portal. The shop never bothered to update that the item is out-of-stock on Qoo10. And also did not bother to update me when it is out-of-stock until I asked why shipping status shown as shipping requested for sometime. This resulted in cancellation of my order for the item and I need to pay for Qoo10βs shipping fee due to insufficient cart value for my other orders in the same cart. No apologies at all though I did not demand for an apology!

β β β β β Really happy with my new carpet!!!
Was worried about it at first, end up out of my expectation!
After message them my measurement and picture of the place, base on their subjection I choose 30mm signature grass which is most popular grass, really nice and soft.
After deposit paid They come as scheduled, likely mine is under shelter otherwise can not install of this raining weather. their installation guys really professional, manage to finish everything within 1 day !!!!

β β β β β No help given at self collection point at all even though my order was very heavy (18 + 2kg items) and I simply asked for help to bring it down to my car. No help given to even bring it out of the door for me which I struggled to do.
My item was expensive and would have been free delivery, but I opted for self collection because I needed it urgently. I don't see why they couldn't have helped a little when I'd have already saved them courier fees.

β β β β β Stumbled upon this store when in need of e-collar (lowest price among carousell) urgently. Was surprised by the variety of goods they have and ended up purchasing litter/can food as well.
They have very understanding shopkeeper too, thanks to them I was able to get a second collar in time. Would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

β β β β β Went to the warehouse to collect some cement pots and ended up getting them to redo my garden with artificial grass and beautify the fence with artificial leaves.
Now my place looks so much more pleasant and refreshed.
Great service and excellent installation work. Staff at the warehouse were very knowledgeable and gave some ideas to meet my expectations without spending a bomb.

β β β β β I was there to buy a new gate and some cat supplies for a new cat. It's in a warehouse opposite some hdb flats. There's a basement carpark. The showroom doesn't display all the items available, but you can ask them about it. They will bring it to you. The place was not crowded at all on both days that I visited. I guess most people order online, and choose home delivery. The prices are the same as the ones on the official website, but they are cheaper than the prices on shopee. Some items may not be the cheapest, but most of the stuff are cheaper.

β β β β β Went on a public holiday to get some artificial grass. They have the whole range on display. Feel free to touch and step on them.
There were only 2 people working, but quite a few groups of customers. Some waiting needed, but I think that's understandable and reasonable. The guy who attended was helpful.
Waited a bit more for another person to get it cut to size.
They also have a wide range of artificial plants.
