Bought 2 Parasol Umbrella from them for L5 rooftop outdoor usage for our client for total SGD 800.00 but on the first day after delivery , within 24 hours of usage, the umbrella fall down and broken pieces of the internal umbrella and cement block. called & email & texted them up they reply sorry cannot repair need to order new one. tell us cannot use when strong wind umbrella need to be close? telling us not their issue if their product is not suitable for rooftop outdoor usage? then they should have inform us when we are placing order and made the payment, not for us user to find it out on our own. and have to throw the parasol out within 1 week of usage as it is broken. client has rejected the umbrella and we have sent them email to request refund 30% of the total order ,on 23rd Aug, we are awaiting their reply. totally unprofessional way of doing business. 1000% not recommended. As it is totally not acceptable to tell us that we have not inform them the item is for L5 rooftop outdoor usage which bounds to have strong wind. As we have inform them on the delivery location. Should they have informed us earlier that it is not suitable for rooftop outdoor strong wind usage, we will not have placed order for our client.

Been thinking to change the landscape at our door front for long time but yet to decide. Recommend by my friend about their service, then would like to give a try. The result were better than expected .

Initially was thinking to view the parasol before purchase, although they did not display on the warehouse, but kind enough to answer all the enquiries I have. End up we get the Artificial Grass from them as well. What's even great is they do installation service(lucky for us, before we don't know how to do it), and arrangement done less than a weeks. Hassle-free transaction for us. Now can spend less time in maintaining the outdoor ???
