The Karting Arena @Bukit Timah - #01-01B The Grandstand

Booked for a family of 6 for birthday celebration. We arrived and found out that there's an option of a group booking, which is much cheaper. However, we were not notified during the booking, and were charge at a premium of individual booking at a much higher rate. Staff moving around were friendly, but counter staff and the staff who briefed us for the ride were arrogant. We were there for a happy occasion, but mood was immediately dampened. Overall, I think it was very much over priced, and experience was so so.

Well organized for events. Central location. Accessible with ample parking. Electric karts ensure its not too noisy or smelly in a diesel way. Check website for prices. Not cheap, but affordable for special occasions. Karts appear to be well maintained.

Very bad service. Our appointment was rescheduled 5 (!) times over several months. Some of them were rescheduled due to rain (what I can totally understand, but they could have thought about such cases, especially in Singapore), but others were rescheduled due to other reasons. Eventually, we asked for a refund, which they had been delaying for several weeks and we had to remind them about it. Very disappointing and disrespectful behavior

Average experience. Nothing special. You will get electrical carts. You cannot accelerate the cart much. Track also not in best condition. I have done carting in several places. But this is not even close to those.

Worst karting experience I have ever had in my life. One of the guy was controlling the speed with the remote button, and I felt that I can run faster than these karts.They have so many restrictions, and it was like you are paying $40 for a toy car. The girl on the counter/reception was so rude. She doesn't know how to talk, how to be polite with the customers, and she was not helping in anything. I wish I could give 0 star. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF TIME.

Worst customer experience I ever had. Here is few reason why : 1- a Friend was late and tried to call to postpone the booking for the next session. After 15 try, as I was in front of the desk, he asked me why no one is picking up. When I reached out to the lady at the reception, she replied « so sorry about that, the company phone is discharged » and plugged it in front of me … 2- I asked if there would be another session available anytime soon as I wanted to have an additional race. The reply was « so sorry about that, we are fully booked today » which was absolutely not true as there was plenty of slots available online. After showing the booking availability to the person at the front desk, surprisingly we could do another race soon after. 3- Be ready to pay for a « race license » 5sgd, which we never get by the way … There was a lot more of inconfortable details with the staff but the worst parts is probably the track itself. There is zero effort to maintain it clean. There is dust, leaves and gravel (!!!) in many of corners. It is almost unsafe. I don’t know if they are about to close and don’t care about their customers anymore but it really feels like it …

1* Staff extremely provide an extremely bad service 2* Track in bad condition 3* Unfriendly rules 4* Poor facilities = I do not recommend and I Kart very frequently. 1* The staff is extremely rude, make very unnecessary remarks, scream, are arrogant and seem to hate their jobs. 2* The track is not clean frequently and some of the barriers are damaged and not repaired. 3* They basically tell everything you cannot do and nothing that can you do. Not a place if you want to have fun. if you ever drift, touch another cart or even a barrier (even slightly) and unintentional, the staff will lower your kart power for a few seconds with their controller or even block you to race. Worst idea i have ever seen in a go-kart. 4* There are not much seats and for visitors it's extremely hard to watch your friends race as their view points are poor. There is nothing else to do. Please do not go there. Not worth it at all.

The ride is fun but the track is too short. 35$ for one session of 8 minutes ride. The duration is too short IMO. Great for experiencing kart race but will not go back again.
