★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim was such a pleasure and very patient with my session. She recognised my weaker lashes and arranged my extensions as per what I needed - not just what I wanted so that they will last as long as possible. Booked a touchup session on next the day after my appointment - so very pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time getting my lash lifted here. The reason why I came back is because of the quality of my lashes after. My lashes actually stayed curled for a long time, probably even close to 2 months. Of course this is on top of the superb customer service, easy booking process and the clean and conducive environment of the shop. Will definitely be back. Thanks so much! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My always-to-go place for my eyelash sessions! Process is very comfortable and relaxing. My therapist was used to be Kim but she left and Moon is now my therapist! :) Both of them provides good customer service and constantly check on me if I'm feeling any discomfort, etc... And not to forget Char who is behind the appointment bookings, she always replies messages promptly and try to accomodate to my requests :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time visiting The Lash Chapter, and also my first time doing eyeliner embroidery. I was a little bit nervous before my eyeliner embroidery appointment, but Moon was so friendly, welcoming and gentle.
Her work is so clean, beautiful and precise! The eyeliner turned out even better than I expected. I even told Moon that I would give her 10 out of 5 stars if I could ?. Thanks again, I’ll definitely recommend TLC to all my friends :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did lash lift + trim and brow lamination by hana today. She was super accommodating and very gentle throughout the session. She was also checking if i was in any pain or uncomfortable so that was very nice as well. The results are amazing!!! Definitely recommend doing the services by her ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience with a very professional Hana. No fuss and excellent results. My eyelashes are a pain, short and fine. Hana tool a look, acknowledged the condition and went straight to work. There was no unnecessary small talk and the experience was peaceful and I dozed off - at 11am- woke up and Hana showed me even my type of lashes is no problem. She did her due diligence and showed me the products and packages , in which I declined and she was very pleasant about it. Back for sure!
