My second time with them. Harry attended both visits. I love his head massage and how chatty he was. Both times i did scalp treatment and certainly does relieve the itching. My hair smells so good. Plus point is they dont do hard selling or pushing. Will definitely visit them again.

Came here to do a treatment and hair cut with Fave; perhaps they’re trying to promote themselves it was extremely busy at 430pm; and the long hair stylist was so stress fr face; cut my hair for 5-10 mins then that was it. You see his face also didn’t wanna stay any longer..

Harry does such an amazing job with my hair. Meticulous. Second time having my hair cut by him. Zero hard selling and fair price. ???

Harry is the best, hair washes with him is always like a spa. He is very gentle with his haircuts and I always leave with soft bouncy curls :)

I’ve been here twice for colour, cut and treatment. First time, my stylist was good - a tall guy with a ponytail. But second time, it was a different guy who didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He managed to colour my hair with two colours even though I only asked for one and noticed the difference while he was applying the colour, but he insisted it would turn out the same. So my hair had to be dyed twice, which must have damaged it because it’s visibly thinner now and stinks of the chemical smell even after I washed it again. He didn’t know how to cut hair either - I asked him to layer and shape my hair but all he could do was cut off the ends in a straight line. He was very apologetic but unfortunately I doubt he’s a qualified hair stylist. The woman who was helping him kept spraying my hair with cold water even though I asked for warm water and pulled my hair roughly when applying the colour. All in all, it’s probably my worse experience at a hair salon.

Chance upon the salon from Google. Saw they are having promotion for rebonding/perm, cut and treatment. Took a leap of faith and to my surprise, it turns out way above my expectation! 1) salon is clean 2) employees are polite, profession and thorough. You need to have hair stylist that understands your hair and treat it with care! 3) I was expecting mediocre hair shampoo/conditioners/ treatment, similar to how other usual salon would provide a standard promo package. To my surprise, the quality of the products are top notch. The treatment they used helps to counter dryness of hair. It has some sort of form from a machine that I can’t see, since I’m lying down. My hair is bouncy now! Love it 4) they did not upsell anything! I always though when a salon is doing promo, they would upsell. Support local support and give it a try! You will not regret. This is 100% unsolicited feedback as it believe good services must be rewarded!

Best Salon i have been so far. Service: Great service. The moment i sat on the seat i felt the five star service. The wash is very relaxing. They really take time to meticulously wash your hair. Staff: friendly, meticulous, skilled. Environment: Clean, spacious, nice environment. Price/Cost: higer than usual salon, but worth it as result is beyond expectation. Do watch out for promotions. Basically I'm Happy with the treatment. Others: I love how the staff help each other if not busy. , makes work faster and they are all professional.

I had a root -retouch color with Harry Lee. He is so nice, warm and attentive. The treatment was amazingly good. No harsh chemical that burn your scalp. No strong smell either. A really pleasant time. Harry gave a head massage during washing as well. This place is way better than more expenzive hair salon i went in Orchard. Firthermore, W When he asked what kind of blow style I want, straight or curly..I said anything. And he went extra to blow dry straight my hair and then curly them using thongs! Really recommended place to have a hair treatment/ other services.
