Not very clean machine. Owner also reduce the machine from the whole shop to half shop. The other half shop thry gave to a barber. Only left a few machine to wash clothes now everyone use the few machine left confirm the machine sure more dirty. I hope they sanitise the machine daily/few times a day... If not.. Those of us who cannot afford washing machine end up will get skin problems. Thank u for ur reply. 1. You stated u expect customer to clean your machine? Please clarify. 2. Also what time do you usually come to the ubi branch to do cleaning on weekday n weekend, I would very much like to witness the cleaning so as to be assured of the cleanliness. Your branch is very near n convininent and I would like to continue using it. 3. Also do u have plans for a dedicated machine in ubi for more dirtier items.. Eg pet bedding or bathroom towel rug used outside shower. I notice another of your far away shop have. That way also the customers if they come with oily overalls eg work in ship yard. can also, consider if they want to use more specialised or dedicated machines.
