Great ambience

Very very bad experience during the refund of my security deposit when I resigned from the club. Its taking more than 6 months and I have still not got any refunds yet despite me going down to the club personally more 2 or 3 times. Club Manager she was not aware about the case and I asked, " Are you saying I should have gone to right from the start (when I wanted to resign from the club?". She said "Yes, maybe you should." Dear members, do take note to go direct to the club manager in future if you want anything to get done at all. Will the club accept my apologies and not impose any late fees and interest when I am late in paying for my monthly fees? If not, why is the club expecting me to do the same for the unacceptable time taken to refund me my deposit (not done to date). Because they are the organization and have their so-called policy and I have no choice but to take it as it is? Very unprofessional and lack of integrity from the club in my honest opinion.

Nice place to eat and spend time with family

Went for a wedding banquet. Pretty nice environment.

Dined at The Glass House with my family awhile back. Was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff there. Very attentive and professional, and knew exactly the protocol for any sort of situation that could potentially arise during a family situation. Special thanks to staff member Lim Ding, who was very humble even after we lauded his top tier service. Thank you!
