β β β β β Poor experience with the reservation service. Made a call to make a reservation for next week. But I was told to hold the line as the call was transferred to another person. Despite the waiting, I didn't manage to make a reservation on the phone. I was told to WhatsApp my reservation details to the number and wait for confirmation and the other end hang up immediately.
Very disappointed, maybe they want to be clearer with how they want to be contact for reservation.

β β β β β made a reservation but still had to wait for quite some time before we were given a place to sit. soju tower was also leaking. there were no cups given for drinks as well, had to go to the counter and ask for it few times before being served. food was not bad but the service could improve tremendously

We ordered from The Lok Lok Bar for Father's day and not only were there missing items from the order, the lok lok were super overfried, almost charcoaled. What's even more bizarre, one tiny oyster mushroom is consider 1 stick. Barely a few strands of enoki mushrooms wrapped in halved sliced bacon is what you can expect.
I rarely had the time to share reviews but the extent of absurdities, i feel the importance of sharing our experience w The Lok Lok Bar and hopefully the business will look into improving the sevice, product and quality.

β β β β β Broccoli was crispy.. Wonder whats their secret? Food items are fresh. their secret? Food items are fresh. Their home made chilli was so good that i requested for more.
Suggested to Boss to have bigger sauce bowl to dip the food.
Wide selection of beer to pair with.
Customer service waa excellence!

β β β β β Nice place for a saturday early dinner gatheringβ¦ food was so so but a bit on the pricey side esp the lok lokβ¦ the bao fan and noodles are goodβ¦ they have quite a variety of drinksβ¦ complements well with the food

β β β β β Shockingly good lok-lok. Everythingβs lightly fried and lacking that cloying quality of other skewer-type establishments. The broccoli in particular was cooked perfectly; soft with the ends of the florets nicely crisped. The seasonings and accompanying sauces were also great, was were the prices.
We walked in late in the afternoon and while the service staff were still getting their bearings due to the fact that theyβd only opened two days ago, they were friendly and accommodating. Some teething pains must be expected, I guess.
