We chanced upon the gambas outlet while shopping for other furniture and was attended by Anne Khor. Anne was patient, very knowledgeable about the products and even followed through until delivery day to make sure that we were happy with the mattress and bed frames. Highly recommend Mattress Boutique and Anne for good quality products and excellent service.

Was highly recommended to this chain by my brother as he has purchased his from their tradehub outlet and had good experiences. Today I went down to take a look at Gambas outlet since it was nearer to my house and was attended to by Cheryl Teoh. An excellent service experience I had. She was friendly and not pushy and did not try to sell all the expensive tier. she will listen to ur needs and will recommend suitable bed for me and my wife. We decided to buy maxcoil in the end. Reasonable price and is happy at the end of the day. Hopefully all goes well with the delivery.

Had a super pleasant and greatful experience at The Mattress Boutique. I personally was shopping for a mattress to buy and have been to a couple of mattress shops. The Mattress Boutique was one of my last few shops that I have arranged a visit. Was really glad to choose them. I was serviced by Ms. Cheryl (Sales Executive) and told her that I was looking for a queen mattress. Not only was she very friendly she was really very well versed with all the facts of the mattresses available as well. She allowed me to sleep and try on almost close to 10 mattresses and the best thing was that she was not even hard selling. She said that if the mattress really feels good then buy it. Without even exerting any pressure to purchase. On top of that there were a few customers around and she was really systematic with her service, ensuring to get more staffs up to help to take over as she move between clients to clients. She was really patient in advising every clients on their mattress. Overall I would say that My Mattress Boutique is my definite choice. They are extremely professional and I am greatful and pleased with my experience with them. Thank you My Mattress Boutique!

As we spend a lot of our time sleeping, choose wrong mattress can affect our health. I would like to take an opportunity to express my customer satisfaction with Cheryl. She is extremely prompt and very good in her professional. I was referred to Cheryl by our friend. When I told her our objective and expectation, I can feel her passionate, honesty and integrity while doing introduction of her package and promotion given to us. Lastly we choose one which is believed to be the most suitable for our sleeping time. One important thing I have to speak out here.
