Been to this friendly, neighbourhood butcher quite a few times and they have never disappointed me with their selections of meat. Bought quite a number of dry aged American and Australian Ribeyes / Sirloins, which i sous vide and seared for my family and friends. Best part - they sell halal premium cuts! Highly recommended!

Rarely am I motivated enough to write a review but it has to be done. I was curious to try dry aged beef as I didn't know much about it. Wanting to surprise my family on the first day of Ramadan, I bought a few sirloin cuts and got them delivered. The meat was well packaged and when it came time to eat, it did not disappoint. Rave reviews across the table. Quite frankly, this is the best steak I've had so far. Fair to say, this won't be my last steak!

Finally visited it today! Got the Aged Australian grass fed. Me and my wife love it. The meat is juicy on the inside. Can’t wait to see to be trying other cuts of meat next time.

Ordered lamb cubes for stew. Quality of the meat was far better than another halal butchery I frequent. Tender and not as strong smelling. The owner was also very knowledgeable and friendly. This will be my go-to butcher for good meat!

My fav neighbourhood butcher in the East! Wide range of cuts and we always get good recommendations on which to use for what we intend to cook. Reasonable price for aged dried beef - really, the quality is worth paying for! ? Try and you won't be disappointed!

Noticed they started serving cooked food recently and had dinner with my Wife last evening. Although the setting is small for the shop with around 4 tables set just in front of the shop alongside the walkways. My wife picked the lamb chop which is one of my favourite but instead I took the Wagyu steak so that we can try them at the same time. Steak was cooked to medium rare and it’s really tender, succulent and delicious. The lamb chop was done to medium well against the advice of the boss which turned out to be a little hard. The Wagyu amounted to some $60/- for more than 200gm while the lamb chop (3 ribs) cost about $30/-. Fresh good meat at very reasonable price in the Tampines precinct. Along the pillar on the front of the shop, it stated their cattle are free range and grass-fed. Also the meat is dry-aged to bring up the flavour of the fat as well as to soften the tendons. You can choose and pick your cut and the amount of the meat for your dish. Although it is set up as a butcher shop, the table setting is kind of small with the rectangular plate that was served for our meal almost filled up the table. Other than the setting, the meal is worth the value and comparable to other established outlets in SGP.

They bring in whole cow carcasses and butcher them in Singapore. They can literally give you any cut you want since they have the whole cow. I sous vide a ribeye I bought last week and was totally blown away by the flavour of their dry aged meat. Price is totally reasonable and Cesare is a very friendly chap who is very enthusiastic in sharing his knowledge with you. Oh, did I mention they are halal certified as well?

The meats are all halal and they do offer marinating services as well. You can choose how fine the meat is minced by requesting for it to pass thru the grinder once or twice.
