I went for the filling for my 2 teeth with scaling and polishing on Jan 2020. Just in March this year, 1 of my filling came off. It's lasted just slightly 1 year! Called the clinic and feedback that my previous fillings for these 2 teeth lasted me more than 5 years while this filling only lasted for 1 year+ and my the other tooth filling surface also seem to wear off. Instead of service recovery for a filling which came off only after just an year, after consulting Dr Amanda, I was told by the front desk that I will again need to pay for the whole cost of the new filling if I need to get it fixed, claiming that these were buccal fillings (though I not sure what's the difference using this term as an excuse, but my previous fillings on the same surfaces for these 2 teeths lasted >5 years) Is it reasonable for any patient to pay so much for a filling ​to last only 1 year? Decided to write this review because just yesterday, the 2nd filling done together by them also came off. Do not recommend this clinic unless you expect filling to only last for 1 year plus and is willing to pay again to get them fixed.

I went to the clinic with a throbbing toothache and came out a happy man. The dental assistant at the reception was very friendly and Dr Amanda Lim was very efficient in diagnosing my tooth problem. She was also very patient in explaining my options and answered all my (and my wife's) questions. I also liked that she did not push any other services to me, just extract that bad tooth. All done quickly and pleasantly.

Had a similar encounter as Dawn, decided to share my story Pure Dental did a tooth filling for me in sept 2019 and was told in nov 2020 that the same filling needs to be replaced and was asked to pay again! I was certain that filling can last for many years and seek a 2nd opinion with another dentist that told me the filling is perfectly fine. Supported them for many years but has decided to switch dentist for peace of mind. Visited my new dentist in oct 2021. Filling is still fine i do not recommended going to pure dental for filling. Their regular cleaning is quite good for me.

Usually fully booked, but has one of the worst attitudes when you walk in for an enquiry and they will tell you they have no time to entertain you. A call was made to ensure that pre payment was alright in order to capture for this calendar year and asked me to head down to complete. When I reached there, the one that picked up my phone has left and people were unsure. They said I need to leave my deposit without a receipt, which is ridiculous, reason: because they cannot entertain me right now because they are busy and they are doing me a favour, so I need them more than they need me. Visit only when they are less busy so you get better attitudes.

Brought my 3 year old in for his first dental checkup /cleaning. Clinic had some toys/books in waiting area which is great for impatient toddlers. Dr was very patient and is clearly experienced in handling nervous children.. everything was done in less than 10min. Overall great experience! We will be back.

Dr Li was Nice and steady with her diagnose and tooth extraction . Seems pretti experience for her young age. Myself abd family were happy and relieved to have found this clinic . We are happy with the nurses too. They have smiles on their faces and they r nice , unlike most of the nurses everywhere else who has a standard stuck up look all the time. We will be bk

My first visit to Pure Dental. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Dr. Amanda attended to me. Dr Amanda was - 1. Courteous and friendly. 2. She explained to me on the procedure in detail. 3. She was calm, reassuring, patient, Trully professional. 4. She restored my confidence in going back to the dentist after I had an unpleasant experience when going to the dentist years ago. I had my tooth extracted and the cleaning of my gums. It was a pleasant experience and less painful. Definitely I will go back to Pure Dental. Thank you Dr Amanda.

I love coming over to Pure Dental especially seeing Dr Li. My kid loves her too. She is really nice and explains everything clearly. She will advise you on the best thing to do and not just after money. She makes my son at ease in every consult and procedures. The staff are awesome too! Very accommodating and patient on my requests. My whole family goes here even we are not living that area. Kudos to all the staff and doctors!
