I do not recommend Merry Men Interior Design. They were unable to provide quality 3D renderings and I waited close to a month waiting for their drawings. When I provide feedback on their drawings (see below) and question about the quality and delay, they discussed with Gary and said they no longer wish to work on the project and I am left to find another ID. Also disappointed to learn that two of the 5-star review came from the boss / TMMI founders themselves. *** Additional reply in response to the reply from the founder Gary: As you can see, Gary TMMI is just giving a motherhood statement. Hence, I am updating my feedback here to reflect his reply. All I could sense from Merry Men is snubbing client and the speed to ditch client the moment I discovered Merry Men is unable to provide quality 3D rendering drawing. When I discussed with the designer that we will wait till 13 May for the revised drawing, the designer said he called Gary and Gary suggest to stop working with the client. So Gary did nothing to make it better for client. Gary told his designers to ditch clients without even trying after receiving feedback. So you deserve the 1 star review. And you rated yourself 5 star review below. Talk about honesty. You have the right to reply to my google review as google promotes a fair and open platform for clients and merchants. I have the right to provide my feedback on google review so that future clients can make an informed decision. What I find motherhood about in your reply is when you try to say what you can do to make it better, because when I offered your designer the chance and the revised deadline of 13 May after waiting for a month, you told them to stop working with client. And after my reply here, there are two positive reviews appearing suddenly out from nowhere 57 mins ago. See screenshot.

The team was very professional and helpful from the onset when we were still looking around and not sure who or if we will engage an ID. They shared concepts and ideas freely even though the engagement was not confirmed. Throughout the engagement, they were always responsive to questions and changes requested. Although they had to bear some cost for these changes, they were fair and did not cut corners. Definitely recommended!

Had a wonderful experience working with the cast from the Merry Men Interiors for my renovation. Special shout out to Zheng Cai, Samuel and Douglas for helping us to complete our renovation with great quality ! The follow up service was also prompt and great ! Definitely will recommend the MMI, and also engage them again =)

TMMI was dependable, responsive and delivered our lovely home as expected, and more! They listened to our requests and helped navigate our wants and needs to a comfortable living space that we enjoy every day since we’ve moved in. They are creative and practical in solving spatial and artistic challenges and I love that they pay attention to details especially to geometric lines. There’re already some friends who came to our place asked for my ID contact, guess the design and renovation quality speaks for itself :)

What can I say? Worth the wait? Of course it was! =P Working with Brandon and Euynce was a pretty fun experience. Eunyce surprised us with a design that was both homely and practical. Requests to 3D mock up changes were done promptly. They even managed to complement existing pieces of furniture that we had. Every stage of the renovation was pleasant and each week progress was like a little surprise to us. Even in the midst of Covid, they ensured the project moved like clock work and worked out to solve issues faced. We were impressed that the renovations were completed on time given the ongoing pandemic. Even after renovation works were completed, reification works were done swiftly. The whole working relationship became more like a friendship. And how can I forget, a shout out to Douglas and his team is a must. Wonderful bunch of people. Thanks guys for creating a Home for us!

We engaged TMMI to help us with renovation of our resale maisonette and I must say I'm very satisfied with the results. TMMI is a highly professional team, Brandon and Eyunce helped us a lot along the way providing plenty of practical advice to aspiring new homeowners like us. They were very responsive to all our queries and we really liked the way they handled the project. We had a tight timeline to meet as my wife was due right around the same time of the projected completion date. They expedited the timeline and ensured that moved in ahead of the schedule (our new born arrived a week after we moved in!)! After our move-in, my wife was disappointed with the awkward placement of the shower head in one of our common toilet. After receiving our feedback, Brandon and Eyunce ensured that the issue was rectified swiftly and we had no complaints thereafter. We were impressed by the after sales service and would highly recommend them to someone who value quality finishes and comprehensive services for a home makeover.

I had a good experience with the firm. I completed my renovation earlier this year and I found that they were price competitive but willing to do more than others. I asked them to redo the drawings a few times and it was a complete redo and not only was Euynce happy to provide but she was also suggested practical improvements to the design and layout. Very happy with the outcome and will let the pictures do the talking

I have nothing but praise for Brandon and Eunyce from TMMI. From my first meeting with them, till the final completion 2 months after I had moved in (due to pandemic-related complications), they were nothing short of professional, responsive, helpful, flexible and effective in renovating my 4-rm HDB. They patiently answered all my questions, worked within the timelines i had and did their best to deliver good work under challenging circumstances brought on by the pandemic. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of effective project management, and Brandon did a great job at that. I was warned by friends that no renovation is super smooth sailing. But with Brandon and Eunyce, we were able to work through any snafus along the way because they tried their best to think of alternatives. And lastly, they are just genuinely nice people, and I really enjoyed working with them. I would not hesitate in engaging them again for my next renovation, and would gladly recommend them to my friends.
