Small development comprising 28 units. While it is close to the bus stop, it is located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main road. The lifts are slightly run down, but the development is clean.

The worst condominium ever. Visitors and even residents get stuck outside when the gate cannot open due to system glitch. No security in place. Even the intercom doesn't work.

Strangers are free to drive or walk in and not be questioned. No money for security and need to raise money just for paint only makes once wonder how much contractors managed to make. During pandemic lockdown, violators get away unreported and unknown to other residents, if there was an infection, you would wonder why and where. Contractors rule after the dirty person running the estate and controlling the CCTV. It is agents and people looking to sell who are blind to the dismal state of the common areas. App used to open gate when in Holland is EZABLE+ by AGSI, read the reviews and note that internal staff and developers give good ratings but users give true ratings of ZERO, ONE and negative as it is invasive and ads driven. Not all owners support. Small car park where owner may not have a preferred lot to park once guests or contractors park more than 3 vans overnight. Out of 28 lots, 1 was illegally painted for car wash after consulting a crazy cleaner. Incidents and accidents happen and CCTV will conveniently be serviced or not recording. Polish the shoes of the dirty person and maybe you will have a better experience.
