Had my nails done beautifully by Chloe! They were really patient in helping me choose what colours to go for, and were extremely meticulous throughout each step from prepping the nails to drawing the nail art. The place is also really clean and bright. Definitely will be coming back! :-)

I had a lovely classic gel pedicure at The Nail Arcadia. The shop has a bright and clean look, with teal and pink accents. Very pretty! After sharing some photos and telling her the type of design that I wanted, Denise was very professional in advising colour combinations that would get me the outcome I wanted. I'm very happy with my pedicure, and will definitely be back again!

With the OTH vouchers expiring soon, my friend and I had decided to get our nails and feet done here for the first time. We had opted for the Express Pedicure (valued at $10 because of the vouchers) and Express Manicure with colors . In addition to that, we wanted a matte top coat and topped up one nail art design (the blue nails). Our total bill came up to $141 which consists of: x2 sets of nail buffer accessories ($6), x2 sets of express Padi ($20), x2 sets of express Medi ($80), x1 nail art ($20) and x1 soak off ($15). It was an acceptable amount at that time as we were really statisfied with the end results. However, our nails polish didn't even last for more than a day. It's chipped off by that same day and by following day, the top coat of our nails were either exposed or cracked. This is not acceptable when I have paid over $100 with an additional top up of a nail art design. I have no complains with our pedicure and to be honest, we should have just stick to that. I'm more than happy to be paying this amount if it was justified with the quality of our nail polish. Won't be recommending this to anyone nor will we be coming back.

They were upfront about additional costs because we wanted to do sand polish. It was too gorgeous not to choose that nail colour. They were helpful in picking colours suitable for my darker skin tone. My feet feels so smooth, but not overly-scrubbed. Everything was great! A cucumber scrub was even included in the pedicure pricing! I would definitely recommend and be a returning customer! :)

In the Nail Arcadia I felt like a child in the candy shop. The atmosphere is relaxing, the nail polish collection is astonishing and the team is very friendly. Special thanks to Coco for her artistic talent and for reading customer's mind. Now I have the cutest manicure ever and I can't stop looking at it. Definitely recommend!
