Friendly and accommodating service right when you step in the front door. I came in as a walk-in with no reservations/booking made, and was told by the counter that the next booking would be at 6pm. I was assigned to Firdaus, which serviced my hair professionally and timely. He also gave me few advices on my hair as well. Good lad. Will definitely be a repeat guest even though i usually barbershop-hop (if that even is a thing) .

Not gonna lie, i thought i would just let it off and not give a review. My usual barber went back to his country during the first wave of covid a year ago and i kept my hair long eversince. I saw all the reviews and all the rave and i though i give it a shot and booked an appoontment with Firdaus. I was left disappointed to be honest. Its a barber shop right?, and shouldn't a barber have all the knowledge of different style of haircuts snd not just gentlemen's cut? I asked for an undercut, the side and back of my hair to be cut from no.1 to no. 2 fade and not to cut the side all the way up until it is curve in with the head shape. I specifically mentioned straight up and not too high and mentioned ALOT of time not a gentlemen cut but an undercut, It was suppose to be a straightforward cut. But guess what, when he started to part my hair to start the trimming, i notice he part my hair too high so i mentioned again its too high, i mentioned again throughout the beginning of the cut, no. 1 and no.2 straight up no hanging parting hair and not too high. But seems like he dont understand. He did mentioned he has years of experience eventhough he was young. Surely he does know what an undercut is then? ?‍♂️he basically cut my hair like a gentlemen cut and when i mentioned the very last time during the cutting process i dont want any hanging hair on the side and it is not suppose to be too high that it curves in at the top, im left with a side trim that curved in with my head shape. Far from the way i want my hair to be done. I'm not usually a person that vents out my anger but i was boiling and disappointed inside. Left there disappointed and left with daily frustration of how i want to style my hair to cover up the mistakes. Would i go there again? No. Would i recommend to cut your hair there if you choose styles other than gentlemen's cut? No. Now i'm gonna have a miserable months of growing my hair long enough before trying another cut with another barber. If anyone have any recommendation of a place where they know how to cut hair other than gentlemen's cut, please recommend me please. ?

First time ever styling or shaping a beard at a barber shop and it blew my mind. The attention to detail is amazing and especially the absolutely knowledgeable barber Haw and his advice on grooming and beard care. Will be coming here regularly ?
