After a few days, there were dead nymphs at the location where the "Baits" were placed which we were unsuccessful when using baits found in the supermarkets. Overall a very good experience.

Wilfred was very helpful and professional. He advised that I change the door instead of spending lots of money to treat it. He also provided a lot of information as well as advice on things that can be done to keep pests at bay. Thank you Wilfred!

I was facing ant infestation at home and his chemicals are really effective as barely any live ants appeared after just 1 session. In fact, it was so effective that I also stopped seeing mosquitoes in my toilet and a dead cockroach even appeared. It is also odourless and is not harmful to humans and pets once it dries up. He also covered the whole house, not just where I pointed out as the problem area. I believe my ant problem will be completely solved after this second session. He recommended 2 sessions for ant termination which makes sense to me after seeing the results of it. Prices are also not too expensive.

I call this company and made an appointment. The staff was able to find the ants and after some magic work they've done, 4 weeks and still no ants in sight. Best service! Highly recommended. Thanks alot guys! you're the best!

The specialist was honest about certain treatments and explained the pros and cons. Other companies that came for a few minutes and left, this company's service provider took the time to answer all my questions. I felt guilty at the number of questions i had asked, but the replies i got were so satisfactory i will engage them again! Thank you to the team!

I actually had 2 pest control companies try to resolve the issue and Wilfred from the pest control company was brilliant! He knew I was freaking out and went to great lengths to explain what he was doing and took additional precautions to make sure he contained the situation. He was very professional and had a fantastic attitude. Bottom line, he came in and sorted the problem out like a true professional would. Point to add, when I first discovered the rodent and panicking on the phone, I spoke to Joshua and he was calm and advising me on what to do. He put up with my panicked screams and multiple ridiculous questions, despite haven’t even engaging them yet. I am extremely impressed with Wilfred, Joshua and the pest control company in general. Highly recommended!!
