PET LOVERS CENTRE has always been a happening place to shop for my pet necessities. Variety and choices of products at its top notch. Notwithstanding any purchases being made, the staff over there do render warm and friendly services. When I am in doubt with my pet welfare, the informative Pet Care consultant are there to answer my queries. I would say, if you do need anything for your pet, Vivo Pet Safari is the One stop Service and solutions for all your pet needs. Thumbs up!!

Pet Safari is called that for a reason, They have products for mainly every pet you can find in Singapore. Not just a merely pet store which provides products, they provide grooming, behavioral trainings, and even a pet bakery. Recently renovated and it even have a wide range of small animals which includes fishes and birds too. The reason why I love to shop here is because it never fails to provide what i am looking for, from snacks to clipper, everything is here. What's more every time I enter the store I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome. I'd always get consultations for my fur kids from their experts in blue, and it's free. Often i find it annoying to enter a pet store and it smells awful but i never experience it in Pet Safari and i think they did a very good job doing whatever they are doing. Some of the product might be slightly expensive but you will find it worthwhile once you use as the quality of their product is extremely durable. I still have a dog clipper which i bought 8 years ago, imagine that.

This store is simply charming with its Pirate of the Caribbean theme! Love the vast varieties of products and services they have in store. Had bought a puppy from them and since then it always makes me coming back for more! Being their member is also the best part, as they occasionally throw in freebies with some purchases or special promotions they have! Warm and friendly staffs, with their knowledgeable pet care consultants and I love coming here because I can be assured that I am getting the best information for my pup!

Horrible customer service. Asked some details about the grooming needs of the hamsters I was planning to purchase yet the staff couldn't be bothered to help Leaving a better rating only because of Parawan Dutch for his amazing customer service and help. After heading back again, we were very happy to be served by Parawan Dutch who spared no effort to help us in looking for the best home for our hammie. He was knowledgeable and explained to us slowly why he advised us the Dos and Don'ts. Thank you Dutch

Huge pet store in Vivocity, the store houses a bakery, grooming salon, shop to buy pets and shop for your furry friends. It is pet friendly so you can bring your furry friend along for some shopping time.

Its at a quiet little corner at the side of the shopping centre located at level 3. You are going to have to turn a corner after you see the library to find it. 4 Star because its hard to find. For everything pet related, its a place you gonna want to go.

Went there to get a pet hamster for our children. As we are "new parents" of a dwarf hamster, the shop assistant, Josephine Yap, helped us with the basic items needed, explained to us patiently of our queries and even assisted to set up the cage. We were totally happy to receive such great service there even tho the place was buzzing with people on a Saturday evening!

the place have a variety of things you can buy for your pet, even some medicine, sadly it only available for dogs and cats, i can’t seem find any hamsters medicine. if you having a hard times to find where the store is since the outdoor way are closed for now. you can go up from daiso front escalator till find library and keep walking because the store is at the corner and bit hidden place.
