★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars not for the store but a particular TP-Link (I think) sales rep. I was discussing with my partner about installation and concealment of wires and then the sales rep came and went how can he help, to which I just shared with him my challenge since he asked. He didn't hear me right the first time and gave an unrelated answer to which I repeated and before I could finish he quickly went "oh that one is *not our problem* already, you need to get your electrician to do it". ?? Ya bro I know it's not *your problem*, relax ah. Strange choice of words from a sales rep. Thereafter my partner and I had some questions for him about accounts and stuff and he answered satisfactorily. We walked out with 3 units.
