โ โ โ โ โ Great experience at the Pianist Studio. Was looking for an electric piano for home use. I don't have classical/formal piano learning background, and also didn't know much about electronic pianos.
The sales staff were very knowledgeable and gave good guidance as to which piano would suit my usage and budget. They were patient with my questions and didnt rush us while we were trying out the different pianos.
Made my purchase and am waiting for the delivery. Overall excellent purchase experience so far. Excited for my piano to arrive.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been researching for a digital piano for a very long time and chance upon The Pianist Studio. They carry all the major brands with the exception of Yamaha (which can only be now bought from Yamaha stores).
Booking an appointment was very smooth and Jocelyn and her staff were very patient and took time to understand my needs (piano learning for both adult and child) and she also had all the piano apps on standby. Ultimately end up with a Korg and also upgraded the piano seat. Order booking was smooth, they accept Grab Pay payment.

โ โ โ โ โ Great selection of pianos. However the true gems of this store were definitely the wonderful assistants. Jocelyn was an amazing help; she was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable about the pianos, their varying functions, differences and what they had to offer. I did not feel pressured or stressed at all when deliberating on my choices or when I was trying to troubleshoot the issues encountered. Extremely approachable and sincere and very customer-oriented. I managed to find exactly what I was looking for.
